Continuing with the Spanish theme, our paella was created from calasparra rice, red pepper, onion, garlic, peas, fresh thyme, paprika, chicken stock, chorizo and a mixture of delicious seafood. The sunshine yellow colour came from a touch of saffron.

Topped off with a few glasses of Albariño wine!
